      Our focus is twofold:
• To provide companies with a service that will enhance their workplace and make it Daycareattractive and desirable for employees.
• To provide safe, secure, and accessible day-care services for the children of those employees.

Who We Are

Sitting      R & B Daycares is owned and operated by Robbie & Barb McKee.

      Barb has a Level 3 Early Childhood Advanced Certificate and has extensive experience in child-care both in the corporate and private sectors.

      Robbie is a journalist with more than 30 years experience in print and Web-based writing, management and editing.

      Both are strong supporters of the corporate daycare environment and believe children, parents and companies all benefit by working together to provide solutions to the needs of child-care services in today’s society.

Our Vision

      Is to provide an environment where parents can work secure in the knowledge that their children are not only being given the best care and attention possible, but are close by and can be visited at any time during the working day.

Dinosaur      A place where they can take every opportunity to spend additional quality time with their children, see them at play, join in their activities.

      Where the work environment is seen as a second home and not a place that separates parents from their children during the working week.

Our Responsibilities

      We will ensure the following:
• Assisting with all required licenses and permits and written inspection approvals from required social service, health, building, fire and zoning authorities.
Rocket • Assisting in development and construction of daycare centre/facility.
• Hiring, supervision and administration of child-care staff.
• Criminal and credit record checks of all child-care employees.
• Provide liability insurance (not less than $2,000,000).
• All financial operations relating to staff salaries, administrative costs, and taxes.
• Developing the service plan and parent and staff handbooks for licensing.
• Ensure that all record keeping for children and staff (medication, attendance, etc.) are maintained pursuant to all applicable regulations.
